Monte Barrett (w/scarf) sizes up David Haye (w/foofy hat) in London. The two will clash tomorrow at the O2 Arena, at 6:15 ET. We will hopefully have round-by-round coverage. (AP Photo/Matt Dunham)

Haye-Barrett

Haye has certainly talked enough shit in this one and he now has to back these boasts up or he is going to look a dick. I mean Haye SHOULD win if he is all he says he is and i expect him to take Monte in around 5 rounds. Barret is not a bad fighter and a better opp than JD Chapman ever would be. He has been inconsistant in his biggest fights and Setanta and making him out to be more dangerous that what he really is but they got to sell the fight yer?

From a UK point of few this is more exciting than last week where Joe was lock stock to win. Can Haye take firepower back from a Heavy who is not a corpse like Bonin? Can Haye Carry his power after a few rounds? What happens if Monte -my dad not a big boxing fan was asking if Monte was English. Montgomery is a old fashioned posh name ;) – can take Hayes shots. Its exciting. I want fireworks and im hoping Haye can bring something to the lackluster heavys. Go Haye!!!!

gotta pick Haye

But if Monte catches him cold early I won’t be shocked.

Haye KO2

I don’t think the fight will last long enough for Haye to slow down a hair and get caught. Note how it’s always the 5th or 6th round when he gets hurt, because he’s slowed down a hair but hasn’t adjusted his guard yet. Barrett doesn’t have a great chin either, and I think that after a short feeling out process, Haye will pounce on him and knock him out.

Vogt early, Vogt often.

how about an over/under on rounds?

5.5

I say under, either way. They’re going to throw leather.

Under

easily. I’d be shocked if it lasts to the 6th.
