I don't think he can really exercise anymore
The reason he quit boxing was because of a crippling car accident. Otherwise, he’d probably still be fighting, albeit as a cruiserweight.
Fernando Vargas and Tito Trinidad really had no excuse though.

And these guys, meaning pro athletes
get used to eating so damned much that it’s a lot harder for them to cut back to a more reasonable 2500-3000 calorie diet (enough for moderate workouts every day).
That said…damn.
