Three days away! Who's pumped?
From a press release:
A relaxed Holyfield also happily answered questions that were not related to boxing. A curious reporter wanted to know whether he really lived in a house with more than 100 rooms. "Yes, that is true," Holyfield said. "I have been blessed and I am very thankful for my lifestyle. I have worked very hard for it and that is what I will do on Saturday night: Work hard to win the title."
Asked about how many rooms his house in Russia has, Valuev smiled and answered. "My new house is not finished yet. These kinds of things take a little longer in Russia."

perhaps
As much as people say they don’t care, there will be some minor interest. It’s a cheap show. It’s not like anyone else out there is RBRing it.
So maybe.

FIGHT OF THE YEAR BABYYYY!
It’s on baby… It’s on.
Sergio Mora-Vernon Forrest II and got SHIT on this, BABY!
Watching Manny Pacquiao fight live--great...
Watching Manny Pacquiao shadow boxing on the roof of an abandoned building--priceless
Valuev's head is bigger than Holyfield's torso
Holyfield had problems with tall fighters in his prime, I don’t even want to think about whether this version of Holyfield can land shots on Valuev.
I wonder how much of the undercard they’re showing still. There are some interesting Euro prospects on the card that you normally wouldn’t get the opportunity to see, although once again none of them are in fights you would reasonably expect to be competitive. IMO, Pianeta’s as good of a HW prospect as anyone not named Povetkin right now, not that you’d know it from reading any US publications. Tall, awkward southpaw – not pretty and not especially quick, but has good power and if he can improve technically, he could go pretty far just because of his hand and his style.
Vogt early, Vogt often.
On Pianeta
Usual caveats still apply as to chin being untested and not having been matched up with anyone especially quick.
Vogt early, Vogt often.
Holyfield-Valuev
Im kind of pumped but i know this more than likely be a 12 round snoozefest. I love Evander, i think he is one of the best fighters from the past 25 years. Since 2000 he not really won a fight that means anything (Ruiz it was too close, Rahman with his bizarre injury) but to me that does not tarnish what he achieved beforehand.
Best Cruiser who ever lived so far and a great at heavyweight. I dont want to see him in the ring really, the fight is a clownshow and he will lose. Only chance i would give him is a punchers chance (anyone over 200ibs can whack) but EH never been a concussive destroyer. Im going for the giant but im willing Holy again to win.
Mainstream is brought to you ..
Underground you got to go there...
