"My niece said my son told her he wanted to fight Pacquiao next, and that he wants me to train him for the fight," Mayweather Sr. said.
Bernice Mayweather said she was not surprised to hear her grandson -- a five-division champion with a 39-0 record, who last fought Dec. 8, 2007 -- wants to return to the ring.
"I always said he was going to fight again," she said. "It was just a matter of time. He was waiting until the time is right. And the time is right. I knew he was going to come out of retirement -- he did it before, didn't he?"

LMAO...
Yeah right. PBF will probably never allow his father to train him ever again.

no
hatton deserves the the fight first, pbf has done nothing for the fans, chucking in the dlh fight because he decided he had enough money, although the fight would be good, id rather watch hatton and pacman smash it out, floyd would be ultra defensive and counter as usual. The other point is that i believe people are reading too much into the pacman v dlh fight, oscar was punch bag that night, my grandad would have smashed him, no disrespect but he looked like an old anorexic junkie.

Floyd/Manny
I want to see that fight more than Manny/Ricky Hatton.

PW or Margo
Beating Pac wouldn’t be a great accomplishment for Floyd. Even if he’s a bit slower than a year ago, Floyd will still have the speed to catch Pac repeatedly. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to see the fight, it will be an extremely exciting fight and I’ll pay the cash.
But the two PBF fights I want to see are against Paul Williams and/or Antonio Margo. Is PBF the baddest welter in the world? Then show it by beating the two best welters in the world, not the best freak flyweight who can compete with the best welters. Since he started boxing, I’ve wanted to see Floyd have to fight, really have to come out of his shell and take some risks. He didn’t really have to against DLH, he would’ve had Cotto beaten Margo. Imagine what he’d look like against PW, that would be a fantastic event. PW throwing from everywhere, PBF going in and out, landing combos and counters that you see about once every thirty years.
And against Margo, Floyd wouldn’t be hanging out on the ropes. Again, PBF would have to bring it in a way we’ve never really seen from him. PBF’s much better than Meldrick Taylor, but that fight might look similar to Meldrick vs. Chavez, one of the greatest and most tragic ever.
And yes, PBF vs. Pac will be great. Pac will go after him, PBF will have to fight back. The fast-twitch between the two will be amazing. I’d pick PBF. But if he wanted to, Floyd could really establish a concrete legacy by beating one of these youngsters who are legit welters.

Who cares if he's the best Welterweight?
IMO, he’s not even a true welterweight. Same thing goes for Paul.

I'm not surprised
that he would be wanting to comeback but will he? We shall see. I think this fight will happen around the summer time
