Manny is training with Batman?

No wonder Floyd is avoiding him.

Oh, and think Manny is ready?

that was meant to be

Not sure how posing for a photo with a guy in a batman costume for probably about ten seconds indicates that Manny might not be ready but ok.

He looks pretty stacked in the midsection...

I should have been clearer...

Judging by Pacquiao’s physique in this photo, do you think he’s ready?

I’m pretty impressed by the kind of shape BOTH these guys are in (Not Manny and Batman, but Manny and Cotto). But if there’s one thing that’s pretty clear, it’s that Manny just isn’t a welterweight. He’s ripped alright, but no welterweight.

How can you not be impressed by Batman? Look at that muscle definition.

ah my bad

I think it’s incredible of Manny to take this fight because you’re right, he isn’t a welterweight. It’s very brave and if he beats Cotto it will be his greatest accomplishment.

I believe it is, yes.

Hey is it just me or does it look like Buboy has lost a pretty fair amount of weight?

Not just you, if that's even Buboy

If it’s him, he looks to be a good 40 pounds lighter.

I don’t think that’s him.

Nah, not Buboy. If anything, the dude looks like Diosdado Gabi if he put on another 80 pounds.

by Areglado on Oct 30, 2009 5:23 PM EDT up reply actions

Yeah, but I don’t think Pacman has the great discipline Camacho Jr has with his five pounds over the weight limit today. FIVE POUNDS!

Was that fight pounds over the limit Sickle?
Yes, five pounds over the limit.

After these Typhoons....

Cotto will either have to knock Manny cold or kill him in the ring. Manny will take the plight of the Philippines and believe he must singlehandedly lift the spirit of his country through this mess.

If Manny loses expect him to go out on his shield and even perhaps a meltdown with Roach if Freddy tries to stop it.
