Those arms are huge!
To my mind that could be an issue for Haye. Speed should be something he uses to his advantage in this fight but built like that he probably won’t be nearly as fast and will tire much more quickly. I’m seeing this as a pretty big error on the part of his trainer/strength and conditioning coach/himself. However he is a great natural athlete and it might be too big an issue, it’s hard to tell, but I won’t be very surprised if he looks much slower than usual against Valuev.

It is hard to look slow vs Valuev…

Hmm as Drunken cutman said I wonder how it will effect his speed.
He is probably the best natural athlete in that division though and is built pretty big and cut anyway so may just be an exxageration.

I'd be surprised
Haye was cutting down very significantly to make cruiser. If he doesn’t drain all the water from his body, he’s naturally a 220 pounder right there, and if he starts to focus more on weight training (which he wouldn’t have been doing if he was having trouble making 200), then he could add 10 – 15 pounds of muscle pretty easily.

It’s not likely. He’s a big man naturally.
