Manny taking Floyd to court?

I have to say, this seems a little unlikely, as reported. For one, I don'tthink Manny said any of the stuff he's quoted as saying, and also don't think he'd be that disrespectful. However, I hope it is all true, and that Manny takes him to the cleaners.

I simply despair of people failing to see the simple logic here, and the slurs on Manny (of whom I do not have to be a fan to know he is not in the wrong here) are disgusting to me.

simple logic

Because no one else has ever had to undergo more stringent testing does not mean that said testing is illogical. Consider that there is a chance (however small you presume it to be) Pacquio has used PED’s in the past and might for this upcoming bout. Though that chance might be remote it’s not “irrational” to call for tests that would actually detect PED’s over current tests that do not.

There may also be a chance that Marquez may have at some point used PEDs (hell, he had to gain a lot of weight to fight Floyd) yet nobody from the Mayweather camp came up with anything like this back then. Why? They knew their boy was going to beat JMM, no problem. Now they have to deal with as legit a threat as Floyd has ever faced in his career – and suddenly there’s all kinds of accusations, demands and other head games. O_O

I think reasonable people can disagree on whether Pacquiao is doing the right thing here. I don’t think a reasonable person can call Pacquiao a “coward.” That is a pretty unreasonable thing to say and also really annoying.
