Former Australian heavyweight champ Vince Cervi was shot and killed on Monday night. He was just 41 years old. Cervi made his pro debut in 1985 and last fought in 1997. He wasn't the busiest guy, going 11-5-2 (8 KO) for his 12-year career, but he won the vacant Australian heavyweight title in 1995 when he beat James Grima. Cervi lost the strap in his first defense. 45-year old David Allan Curran is being held and charged with the murder. Cervi's career record
