Weights for tomorrow's fights
Winky Wright - 159
Paul Williams - 157
Chris Arreola - 255
Jameel McCline - 271
In other news, Chris Arreola is still a fatass who doesn't take his job seriously.

How can McCline be 271 lbs and have the punching power of a feather?

I doubt it's the longest reach
Andy Kolle was like 6’1", taller than Wink. PW’s reach is still an insane 10 inches longer than Winky’s.
Vogt early, Vogt often.
no
Kolle is 6’1" and Margarito is about a half-inch taller than Wink and has an inch of reach on him. Winky is really a small middleweight. Sergio Rios is as tall as Wink, too.

Arreola appears to be about a B cup.
Awkward looking pic, couple of seals washed up on the beach.

Well areola is the scientifict term
for the area surrounding the nipple so maybe he is trying to live up to his name. Also is he trying to cover his spare tire with tattoos hoping no one will notice?

It is becoming incredibly hard for any boxing fan to remain interested in the heavyweight division. I mean if all we’re going to see is a bunch of overweight, skill deprived hacks out there then why even invest time or money in watching them. And if Arreola is the best heavyweight that America has to offer, like HBO is telling us, then that is sad

I know where your coming from but the top 2 HWs
are neither fat nor skill deprived. They make for horrible television but they do come in shape and they have all the tools. If either just opened up and went for the kill from the start, like a Kirkland, then the HW division would be in much better shape. Doubt that ever happens though.
Chambers is the best HW America has to offer
Which is also no great shakes. I really don’t think Arreola falls under “unskilled” though; just lazy. He actually has pretty decent skills.

He just doesn't put the work in
He doesn’t put the work in training, and he doesn’t put the work in learning how to defend himself, and while he could be a long-time contender, for those reasons I really think he’ll be a flash in the pan at this point.
Vogt early, Vogt often.
You're both right
I shouldn’t have included the Klitschkos in my generalization of the heavyweights. I respect them tremendously for the condition they get themselves in for fights and their excellent skills. Arreola isn’t completely devoid of skill, but I never get excited when I see him fight. My point was just that I would much rather spend time and money on other weight divisions.
