Mayweather on Sportscenter
Brian Kenny is/was interviewing the Floyd Mayweather on ESPN's Sportscenter right now.
He was really on him on various issues. He called him he the former P4P Champ, which he didn't agree with. He asked why he waited for the Manny/Hatton weekend to return to boxing. He also asked why is he fighting a junior lightweight instead of a welterweight. It was pretty cool to see him grill him and Floyd like always is on the defensive. He ducked several questions and then got mad at Kenny. I got to give props to Kenny for not backing down.
I am sure there will be video later on about it.

Brilliant video.
Would have been even better if Floyd would just stop clapping his hands like a child at playskool….
Boxing is the beginning of all sports. I'm willing to bet that the first sport was a man against another man in a fight. (Omar Epps)

I hate to agree with Floyd but the people calling his fight with Marquez a joke can’t demand he fight Pacquiao. Marquez beat Pacquiao twice (in many people’s opinion, including mine) and is the same size pretty much.

like brian kenny said
pacquiao has proven that he can move up well beyond 135. if anything his fight with JMM could be compared to the pre-fight hype during de la hoya vs pacquiao. JMM will have to prove against mayweather that he is just as good at 144 as he is at 130/135. personally i don’t think so, and he’ll get smoked by mayweather (and call me bias but i also think he lost to pacquiao in the 2nd fight)

I think
He lost both to Pacquiao. And proper scoring of the first says that he did. 10-7 1st round my ass.
Gimme 1 round!

You could have easily scored that first round 10-6.

Point is that it should have been a 10-6 round
The judge who scored it 10-7 and ended up with a draw even copped up to it later on that he did his math wrong.

ok I see what the point is now
(In addition: Duhr.) I could actually see it being 10-7, I suppose, but I wouldn’t score it that way either.

mosley was just on sportscenter right now in an interview with brian kenny. i honestly think that brian kenny is the only reason why boxing is highlighted on sportscenter

I agree with you.
He is a fan of the sport instead of just a ESPN talking head that is usually puts out for other sports.
He is well spoken and knowledgable about the entire sport and not just one or two people.
"Boxing is dirty," said Casamayor. " The day I’m not ready to be a dirty fighter is the day I don’t fight anymore because it will mean that I have no heart for it anymore."
