Police search Mayweather's home after shooting at skating rink
It's been a weird, weird year for Mayweather family news. Today, KVVU reports that Las Vegas police searched the home of Floyd Jr. after his car was seen at the scene of a shooting at the Crystal Palace skating rink.
Police would not say what they were looking for at Mayweather’s home. It’s unknown whether he was home when officers arrived.
The shooting happened at the Crystal Palace, a skating rink on Boulder Highway. The property, which caters to families, holds "all-day skate" events until 10 p.m. on Sunday.Metro Lt. Patrick Charoen said no one was hurt in the shooting, but a vehicle was hit with several bullets between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Mayweather Jr. isn't named as a suspect. Charoen said witnesses only identified his vehicle, which drove away.
TMZ has more details, as they have spoken with Floyd Mayweather Sr. about the incident:
Mayweather Sr. tells us he spoke to Floyd about 30 minutes ago. He said cops ransacked his son's home today looking for a gun, but didn't find anything.
Mayweather Sr. said the reason his son's car was at the skating rink last night was because he takes his kids there every Sunday to skate.
Floyd Jr. is also scheduled to appear as "guest host" of WWE Raw tonight, so if you're jonesing for a Floyd fix, tune in to USA Network at 9pm (I think it's still 9pm anyway). Floyd hosting beats Seth Green and Freddie Prinze Jr., anyway.

This wrestling stuff is just incredible to me. Is there really a demand for Floyd Mayweather appearances from wrestling fans? I could understand back when Tyson was guest ref’ing WWF, since he was a legit crossover star, but I have a tough time believing wrestling fans even know who Floyd is.

No really. Even if Floyd was known, the match he was in at wrestllemania was beyond stupid. One because Wright kinda, sorts boxes and two the hight disadvantage. There was no build up to who Floyd was. Vince assumed that people knew who he was.
BTW, even though I don’t watch WWE anymore, there’s no way Floyd is better then FPJ cause I know Floyd isn’t going to take bumps.

Reckon they found James Kirkland hiding in the wardrobe?
