so he either lost a lot of weight real quick or that 300 pound goliath from a few weeks back wasn’t even him after all

It was him. He has a really distinctive profile.

That was totally him, unless he’s got a friend with the exact same tattoos on his arms. Some guys can just take off weight quickly, especially when they’re way out of shape to start. The problem with losing that much weight so quickly though is that you lose more than just fat.

He does look good.
Was that picture from behind a couple of weeks ago not legit? He couldn’t have dropped all that weight this fast.

He looks lean, this video doesn’t tell me he’s fit. He looks tired and takes breaks after each 30 seconds on the mitts.
good point.

Uh....
This clip was taken during one of his breaks while he decided to try out some of the new equipent that was brought in to him. If anything we should respect a man who is doing this during one of his breaks.
…Unless you are questioning the authenticity of the sweat in his shirt.
we should respect him because he’s trying out new boxing gloves while doing mitts? Is it like flying an experimental plane?
All I said is it doesn’t tell me he’s fit. I don’t know how he lost the weight but being lean doesn’t equal boxing fitness, ask DLH.
Also, he did mitts for much less than one round and he looked gassed. How? He pops his head up during one of the breaks and wrinkles his nose…he’s working to breath. My point is, skinny or not, this video is no testament that we’ve got a new and improved CA.
The point I was trying to make was that he had already gone through a workout and in this clip was doing something extra. If you complete a workout, tire yourself out, then go on to test out new gloves, you’re not going to have the same pop as when you’re feeling fresh.
You asked how he was gassed. That’s what happens when you work out really hard.
um no its not
If you’re in shape… and you’ve just done a hard workout… but you’ve caught your breath and you hop back in the ring. YOU CAN STILL GO MORE THAN 30 SECONDS OF SPORADIC MITTWORK.
Gimme 1 round!

yup
I was just gonna say… Despite looking thinner he’s blowing snot rockets so he can breathe better after 30 seconds of on and off mittwork

He looks faster...
He looks faster than I remember. Am I seeing things?
yeah....
fitness wise, its not the most encouraging video regarding that. His shape is extremely positive for him though, so thats something. And I guess he must have done quite a bit prior to the video, judging by the sweat as noted above.

Still looks like he’s smuggling a couple of ballons under that shirt. At least it seems like he lost the head-fat. Then again, maybe that’s why he’s wearing the hat.
