I don’t see it. He’s just too chinny, and Urango bounces around so much I’m not sure Randall will get to land his right hand bomb. Plus Urango is a brick shithouse with a hell of a chin. Ricky Hatton didn’t so much as put a half a dent in this guy.
Buuuuut if Bailey DOES land that right, all bets are off. Dude can punch.

On paper Bailey-Urango seems like it should be a barnburner, but I keep getting this feeling it won’t be. Like Bailey’s corner will just keep telling him to “box this guy” an he’ll do it. Juan isn’t hard to outbox, keeps his chin down and hands up. Could be boring.
I still think Woods is a live underdog, but I think Cloud will make him give up eventually. No better reason then that he’s faster, younger and hungrier.

Win or lose, the Brits have screwed me to the wall this year. Overall I’m making out pretty good, but I think I’m about 50/50 or less in any fight with a British fighter. Didn’t bet a dime on Woods/Cloud. I’ve sworn off that whole country.

Bailey is an interesting guy…he has world class power( top 3 or better) but if you were to rate his chin it would be in 20ish range or worse for his division.

Woods-Cloud R1
Cloud coming out and ripping to the body IMMEDIATELY. Woods covering up and getting backed down. Woods shoves him off. Cloud drives to the body again. Man, he is coming out ferocious. Woods starting to fire back, but there’s a sharp right by Cloud. Jab from Woods. Right by Woods. Left uppercut from Woods just misses.
Trading jabs now. Cloud eats a stiff one from Woods. Woods has settled it down and is getting his punches off now, so we will get to see Cloud tested. I was worried early we might see him just overwhelm Woods fast. (“Worried” because I want good fights tonight.)
Woods dropping his elbows down and protecting to the body now, trying to take that away from Cloud and make him work elsewhere. Overall a really good first round for Tavoris Cloud, but Woods has stung him a few times and the longer the round went, the closer it got.

Cloud coming out firing again, but Woods backs him off with a jab. Good combo from Cloud, three punches (two body, right to the head). Woods comes in with a left hook, shoves him to the ropes, and can’t get him to stay. Three chopping rights from Woods, and he’s warned for hitting behind the head. Cloud is getting jumpy and firing HUGE shots that are missing badly or getting blocked easily. At one point Cloud misses so wide they both laugh about it.
Woods with a big right, and another one. Cloud getting backed down. Boy, we’re getting some action early in this one. Both these guys came here to win a title and they’re fighting like it. Woods has Cloud reeling a little bit, hitting a right hand repeatedly and frustrating Cloud. That’s Woods using his reach to some degree. Combo misses for Woods.
NICE counter right uppercut from Cloud. And they trade hard shots! Very interesting round, and I think Clinton took it with a much more measured offensive approach.

Cloud is coming out like a bat out of hell every round, but the last two he hasn’t actually done much with it. Cloud just misses on what could’ve been a beautiful right hand counter shot. Woods barely got his glove up to cut that one off. There’s a nice combo from Cloud, and early he’s controlling the action again.
Woods lunges with a left hook and doesn’t hit. Triple left hook by Cloud. Nice sneaky left by Woods. Right to the body by Cloud. Chopping right by Cloud now, and he’s digging to the body again. Woods staying toe-to-toe with him and rips into him with an uppercut. Nice double jab by Clinton.
Cloud trying to land with heavy power combinations, but Clinton is blocking a lot of it. Still, here comes Cloud with a big flurry in the corner, but Woods gets out and backs it to the center of the ring. He’s taunting Cloud now, maybe hoping to get into Cloud’s head. Right hand Cloud and that hurt Woods, I think. Clinton backed to the ropes and getting hit!
Cloud just throwing and throwing! Woods warned for another behind the head, didn’t see that one. One-two by Cloud! Great round for Tavoris. Man, is he aggressive, and man, is Clinton Woods tough.
This is a hell of a fight so far.

Sometimes I wish ESPN wouldn’t miss 15 seconds of live action to show me replays of the last round. Either cut the commercial break or cut the replay, you don’t get both.
Woods coming to Cloud to start this round, and Cloud kind of letting him. Tavoris is laying back in the first minute. Woods seems almost confused by that approach, I think. Now they trade, and Woods wins that exchange. About halfway into the round now.
Woods misses a right uppercut and a left hook by two miles combined. Cloud rips a right hand, catches nothing but Woods’ gloves. DEEP WATERS DEEP WATERS DEEP WATERS, SAYS TEDDY

Woods trying to time Cloud at this point, find big counter shots. Cloud isn’t getting hit by a lot of it. Clinton just looks unsure of exactly what he wants to do, actually. Cloud isn’t beating him up bad or anything, but he’s starting to take over this fight from my seat, and it’s mostly on aggression and a perception of having greater desire. Maybe Woods is playing possum and hoping to gas Cloud out, I don’t know.
It would behoove Clinton to start working behind a jab and finding distance, because he hasn’t done it effectively thus far. He says himself he’s slower than he used to be, and he’s right.

Cloud comes out aggressive once again. There’s a big shot to the body. Woods looks tentative to me. Counter right by Cloud. Woods might really be starting to fold, even if he’s not totally thinking that way. Big flurry by Cloud, not much of it lands, but Clinton could do nothing but back up and lean on the ropes. Uppercut snaps Woods’ head back. Clinton continues to land his jab, but there’s just not much behind it, and all the “ooh” moments are coming from Tavoris Cloud.

Woods’ age is really starting to show, and that’s not just Teddy and Bob’s narrative talking. It’s quite clear. Cloud is faster, has more gas in the tank, and is starting to dominate this fight. Woods backed into the ropes again halfway into the round, but Clinton gets away and starts to reset.
Woods is getting outlanded 3-to-1 at this point, and his jab is about all he’s landed. Woods eating shots. This is NOW turning into a bit of a beating. Cloud is hitting him square and hitting him often.

It’s kind of crazy that the Woods corner hasn’t stopped this by now. They are so far out of this fight. Then again, Clinton may well be 100% serious about retiring if he can’t win, and want to let all 12 play out.
Clinton chasing Cloud now, trying to find him at any cost. The jab is still connecting. A guy that works BEHIND his jab better is going to give Cloud some trouble if this fight is any indication. Obviously Cloud has acquitted himself as a contender, but there are issues. So goes sports analyzing. No one is ever good enough! What more do I want!!!!!
Clinton was actually the aggressor this round, God bless him. I just don’t think he has the juice to score a stoppage.

Cloud keeping his hands high, Clinton trying to bull him around, which is an odd strategy. Right hand Woods misses, Cloud clips him in return. Clinton is swinging some pretty heavy shots now, and he’s clearly exhausted. His arms look heavy and there’s nothing on his punches anymore. Cloud eats a jab. Cloud trying to finish strong in the last 30 seconds, but Woods backs off and now fires away. 10 seconds and they will end it fighting.
Hats off to both guys. Great stuff from Tavoris Cloud, and an admirable, sometimes jaw-dropping performance from Woods’ chin.

Bailey bombs the right hand early, doesn’t get it home. Urango shoots a straight left that went a little low probably. Bailey trying to find the home for that right hand, flicking the jab to try and blind Urango with it. This is like a ticking time bomb in a lot of ways. They both have one real strength and that’s about it.
Urango tries to work in, but he’s too slow as Bailey backs down. Bailey slips near the ropes. Urango bull rushing again. Not a ton of action so far. Bailey seems very cautious defensively, but he’s throwing the right whenever he has a chance to. Urango gets hip-checked near the ropes.
Neither guy has landed anything significant. They get tied up again.

Bailey flicking hte jab again, then Urango almost connects and Bailey gets the hell out of Dodge ASAP. Urango tries to make a firefight, Bailey bails. Ha! Get it? Not even on purpose. I’m a genius.
Both guys are just missing on big shots. I know Urango is tougher than petrified horse crap, but I’ve seen Bailey put some pretty decent fighters to sleep with one right hand, so I’m waiting on either of them to connect and end this thing. So far it’s ugly tactical.

its good, but i suggest renting it. story is kind of short unless you go looking for all of the hidden riddles, and the challenge mode won’t keep you interested for too long after you finish the story.
