A bloody, beaten Chris Arreola weeps after a hard loss to Vitali Klitschko. Arreola failed in his quest to become the first fighter of Mexican heritage to win a major heavyweight title, and also suffered his first loss. Emotional
This type of event is heartbreaking, especially after knowing how awesome Chris is. He was at the ward-miranda fight and just chilled and spoke with fans for about his future. Truly a good guy who cares deeply about his fans. Hopefully he take take all this emotion and dedicate himself fully to not only boxing but also conditioning. If this is a wake up call, then this could be the best that could happen for Chris’s future.

Couldn't of said it better myself.
Chris still has alot of potential; but, giving up a four-inch height advantage along with the reach was too much for him. It was simply too tough to get inside Klitschko’s jab.
Like they said after the fight, if anybody wants to beat a Klitschko, they gotta train lika a Klitschko. 365 a year.
And the sign said long haired freaky people need not apply ...

his corner shoulda really gotten him outta the ring … not good to see him so emotional, he coulda collected himself and done his talkin at a later time … didnt like seeing that. hope he comes back stronger from this … all in all i was actually pretty impressed with his heart chin and stamina … but the most impressive part if the nite was how well vitali boxed! he did an excellent job moving and punching … great ring generalship

It was a really bad idea for Chris to bring his two young daughters to this fight. I felt pretty bad for him, but especially bad for them. They will have some nightmares.
I have a feeling that Chris will be back and in the mix. Whether he will ever be the same (or better) is an open question, but he did show a lion’s heart.

There’s a line in a Finnish song that translates roughly as: “A man may cry, yes he may, when his heart is breaking.” I see no problem with Arreola getting emotional in the ring. It’s only a testament to exactly how passionate he is, how much he wanted to win the match – and just how good Klitschko was.

No tears!!
There’s no crying in boxing big guy, at least while on camera. Now you can’t act tough at press conference.
