Yeah, you wouldn’t have wanted to keep your doctor’s appointments to deal with something like that.

i know he’s an athlete who makes his money with hands and this is a cliche (and an easy bit for comedians), but dudes just dont’ like going to the doctor. he was probably in denial that this was anything serious and decided to let it heal “naturally”
