Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. off next weekend's card?
[UPDATE]: Boxing Scene is reporting that the fight will still be on, but the weight will be moved up to 165.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. has reportedly pulled out of next weekend's fight against Pawel Wolak. Chavez claims that he has been sick while training, and that the list time he fought sick, he almost lost to Matt Vanda. This comes on the heels of original Chavez opponent Alfonso Gomez being replaced by Wolak. The fight was to appear on Top Rank's independently produced pay per view. No word yet on what fight would replace this on the pay per view, or whether Wolak would just fight a replacement opponent, although it seems unlikely that the card would be called off completely. One or two major fights getting canceled seems to be par for course on the Latin Fury cards. Also scheduled for the card are Nonito Donaire against Wladimir Sidorenko, Humberto Soto against Urbano Antillon and Mikey Garcia against Olivier Lontchi.

Good...at least Chavez wont be padding his record anymore,
Here’s a novel idea: How about you step up the caliber of your opponent!

Nice... :)
Most fight fans would not spend a dime to watch Van Gogh paint 'Sunflowers', but they would fill Yankee Stadium to see him cut off his ear. (Bill Nack)
