Morales-3-27-poster

The official poster for the March 27 Integrated Sports PPV show featuring the return of Erik Morales. It has fire in the graphic, so you know it's good.

Cristian Mijares will be in the co-feature.

El Terrible is going to be an all too literal nickname at this point.

My favorite

is how the press release called David Rodriguez a “hidden talent.” Someone asked me if he was Mexico’s answer to David Tua. I told him he’s El Paso’s answer to JD Chapman.

so much for the old notion of putting BOTH fighters on the fight poster.

People can say what they want. Means nothing to me. I’m getting this PPV. I owe Erik that much.

el terrible is a legend, but buying this PPV only encourages him to keep on fighting. dude needs to retire, and live the rest of his life before he messes it up by going to war one too many times.

I agree.

I owe one of my favorite fighters (and at one point my favorite fighter) this much. I would at least give him my support, if nothing else. I hope he’s still good, otherwise, well, needless to say it’s pointless. But if he’s still good then it’d be great. God bless Erik Morales. =)

I hope he’s still good

People have been saying that since he lost to Raheem in 2005.

Yeah.

But I only said so because he’s still going to fight (what, I’m gonna hope he’s not good anymore?). If not, i have no business saying that I hope he’s still good (and could still hopefully fight) because he’d be in a fine place if he’d stayed retired.
