Videos: Manny Pacquiao on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Manny Pacquiao has become a favorite guest on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, and he was on again this week. Here are some videos from the show in case you missed it, or in case you want to relive Manny's beautiful "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love for You."

Note: Do keep in mind it's a comedy show.

Part of me does wonder if Manny Pacquiao realizes his singing is being made fun of by the show and the audience, but most of me doesn't care.

I’m doubt he would care too much either.

I really should use that preview button.

Yeah I don’t think it matters much to him, but man… he’s really into it.

He should knock it off, at least on American television.

Realize that what flies in Asia doesn’t fly over here.

Gonna hurt his brand credibility, if nothing else.

Although detractors decry (MMA) as a brutal, bloody form of human cockfighting, aficionados know it is a brutal, bloody, totally fucking awesome form of human cockfighting. -The Onion

I don't know about that

What flies in Asia has been flying more and more over in the states lately, and charismatic foreigners who act somewhat foreign but somewhat not have always been able to build up cult followings.

I really doubt it, honestly. He comes off as a really fun-loving, charismatic guy instead of the typical boring/hard-ass/bragging boxer.

As far as sportscasters go, ESPN is terrible for boxing.

The truth is, they don’t care about Shane Mosley, and they don’t know who Joshua Clottey is. Geeks like that think there’s one fight in boxing.

All that stuff is good promo for the fight and the movie. But I still can’t get pass not taking a blood for upwards of $ 25Million to gain. I know its a dead issue but, Damn! That’s crazy!!

Seems to like a guy who never expected be where he is, someone who’s just enjoying the ride and seems to want everyone to enjoy the ride with him.

You couldn't be more right.

This is a guy who left home because of troubles with his dad as an early teenager (some reports have it that his dad at the family dog, and that was the last straw for Manny) and literally fought his way into boxing on the streets of the big city. He’s a pretty interesting person, and coming from his background you wouldn’t be surprised if he was bitter or angry about things, but he is just a genuinely simple person who is truly enjoying the ride he’s on.

Whenever he wins a fight, it’s a declared national holiday for the entire 90million person nation of the Philippines. He gets off the plane and it’s like a World Series Champion or Superbowl Champion parade. I think he’s the perfect mix of smart and stupid, and it’s that mix that allows him to honestly smile all the way up until like fifteen seconds before the opening bell of his fights.

None of this is serious to him. Does he know we’re laughing at him a bit when he sings on national television? Of course he does. Does he care? Of course he does. Does it hurt his feelings? Absolutely not, because he’s just enjoying himself and the life he’s found himself in.

Gotta admire that guy.

There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt.

Plus, as was mentioned above, it's just a different thing in Asia

Maybe not everywhere in Asia, but at least in Japan and the Philippines, celebrities are celebrated for being celebrities as much as anything. There’s sort of an expectation that they’ll go on TV shows and do stupid things. There’s a whole category of shows like that in Japan, where “talento” go onto shows just to do embarrassing things. It seems like that’s actually starting to catch on in the U.S. even.
