Weigh-in for tomorrow's fight between Kevin Mitchell and Michael Katsidis. Mitchell weighed 134.5 pounds (after dropping trow), while Katsidis weighed 134.4 pounds. One disturbing development is that Mitchell's fans appear to have co-opted "Hatton Wonderland." For the undercard, Danny Williams weighed a career-high 275 pounds, which probably says something about his current mindset.

I think they’ve done it before. Matthew Hatton has gotten it, and so have many others. I think Scott Lawton has probably gotten it at some point.

Just to set the record straight

There may only be one Ricky Hatton, but there certainly isn’t only one ‘wonderland’ chant. It’s been around for years in one guise or another, and it appears as though Hatton has inadvertently made it the chant du jour for British boxing. In a few years time it will be something else. Possibly to the tune of yellow submarine (I’m not joking)

Saw Danny Williams fight Vitali Klitschko in person. I was amongst English fans while I rooted for Vitali. Needless to say, it’s the only time I’ve watched a boxing match and openly yelled out “Stop the fight!” at the top of my lungs. I did so in the fourth round. Never saw such a beating in my life. Williams has plenty of heart but he’s also plenty stupid. What the hell was he thinking?

He's never lacked for heart

The fight where his arm was practically falling off his body comes to mind. Heck, the Airich fight he showed a lot of heart as well. I just don’t think he has enough left to beat Chisora at this point. He knows he needs the KO.

That knockout remains the best thing I’ve seen in a British ring. He was in so much pain he couldn’t even celebrate afterwards. Amazing.

Was that Mitchell’s girl friend? cause she was making the googly eyes at Katsidis. also, if mitchell had a half pound to spare, why’d he have to show his package off? some sort of gigantic balls intimidation tactic?

That was exactly my thought. His underwear weighed more than half a pound?
