Amir Khan is currently having some visa issues and is also reportedly involved in some sort of moronic "sex scandal" because he sent some explicit text messages to a model of some sort, but May 15 opponent Paulie Malignaggi has some encouraging words for him on that one on his official Twitter:
"I heard about your sex scandal, don't trip. We have all been guilty of sending dirty text messages, bro. When you're at the top, everyone wants you to crumble. Keep it moving!"
I get why people find him irritating, but Paulie Malignaggi really amuses the hell out of me.

That really is amusing. What’s more, I think Paulie is actually mean that sincerely, as if taking a “time out” from all the trash-talking.
A Paulie text message sample:
“Girl, I’d love to hit that. I promise I won’t hurt you. No, I mean it. I literally can’t hurt you.”

That was hilarity.

Outfits, hair, demeanor, vocal timbre and facial expressions.
In short, aesthetics. I do not know the man personally.

Have you ever visited Jersey?
Brooklyn or certain parts of New England? Everyone’s like that around there. He could be on the second season of Jersey Shore.
I'm embarassed to say...
… I never missed one episode of Jersey Shore.
It was such a guilty pleasure. Almost like going to the zoo and seeing some strange, strange animals in their natural habitat.
Call me a hick, but that northeast/jersey thing I just can not grasp.
I want to see some studies type on these species. What becomes of them later in life?
"Yes Gina, I am a Wise Cracker"
are they employable? What’s the life-expectancy? Does an aging Jersey creature continue to “act” or “be” “that” way?

The hair gets higher, the voice gets deeper, skin gets oranger and the pants get tighter. Eventually you wind up with something that looks like this:

Instead of the apple, try to imagine some poor sucker’s credit card there.

Paulie’s great – such a character. And I get the impression he’s not a bad dude.

He seemed like a nice guy when I met him
Not too many fighters out there willing to talk about what’s going on in boxing generally with random fans…

It seems like every fight there is some sort of malfunction with him. One time he hurt his hand. Then there was the hair that had to be cut in the corner. Didn’t he have his shorts falling down in the last fight? What will happen this time?

His hands turn to dust mid fight?
