for some reason I want to watch that fight now

Hrrrrm. It is slightly busy.
On the other hand, nice use of neon pastel pink and baby blue. Really gives off that Debbie Gibson "Electric Youth" vibe, which is so critical when you are trying to sell a fistfight. It could use some more bubbles over that irrelevant West Ham United bullshit in the background, though. Then maybe throw in a rainbow and one of those "Hang in There" cats and you got something.

you should come over here and make posters for our bigger events. Your stuff’s great, especially that Aldo Faber poster.
"Yes Gina, I am a Wise Cracker"
thanks man.
Glad you like them. I’m not sure that is BLH’s style though, since they usually use a table with the tale of the tape…or if SC would even like to see those.

I can understand the cheesy bubbles
I can understand the goofy hammers
I can even understand the eye-melting colour scheme
But why on earth does he have to look like he’s got one of those hammers stuck up his arse?
ugliest poster i've ever seen
Kevin Mitchell agrees, based on his facial expression
Katsidis too ashamed to show his face, opts for the helmet.

This poster is epic
This poster screams “Gay S&M club advert.” At least you can’t fault Katsidis for this mess.
There are 3 things in this poster that don’t make any sense whatsoever.
1. Bubbles – Why are they bubbles in my boxing? This isn’t peanut butter and chocolate here, these two things don’t mix.
2. Mitchell what are you doing? What is that face for? Why is your eyebrow raised and your tongue out?
3. Why are there sparks coming from the hammers? Is Mitchell’s chest so manly that sparks fly out when the hammers touch it?
Too much WTF, too little time.
That’s probably a capture from one of his fights. I’m guessing he didn’t actually pose for this poster.
Which makes it only a little better. He looks ridiculous during his fights too. Like Marvin the Martian.
It is a capture. It’s used frequently.

Basically, bubbles are the traditional symbol of West Ham (as well as hammers, obviously)

The team’s supporters are famous for their rendition of the chorus of their team’s anthem, “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles” introduced to the club by former manager Charlie Paynter in the late 1920s. At the time, a Pears soap commercial featuring the curly haired child in the Millais “Bubbles” painting who resembled a player Billy J. “Bubbles” Murray in a local schoolboy team of Park School for whom the headmaster Cornelius Beal coined singing the tune “I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles” with amended lyrics.
