Mysterious dude in ring during fighter intros - REVEALED!
I've been watching boxing pretty closely for the past couple years and I swear to god, every major fight and even random smaller fights I'd see this middle-aged black guy with a gray mustache/goatee in the ring during fighter intros and afterwards during the victory celebration. The thing that always strikes me about him is that he has this aura of a guy who's somehow not supposed to be there, like he snuck on stage at the Grammys. Who is this guy?
He's Sam Watson, a "direct agent" of Al Haymon according to this article at Bleacher Report. Anyway, may be old news to some but just had to figure it out myself.
