Alex Leapai vs. Travis Walker, from Wednesday in Australia. If you like the big men, check this one out, as it's easily the best heavyweight fight of the last few years, and was just a crazy slugfest. Part 2 of the fight is available HERE.

Just finished the second video...
What a shit end. Really.
"Chris Eubank lost his recent comeback fight on points ... the main one being that he's a total git."
Yeah
That’s the unfortunate part. Just disappointing. That’s a fight that would have come to its natural conclusion within a round or two.

If Walker has gloves on he is always a few seconds from being knocked out. He has one of if not the worst chin in boxing. It was great to hear the Aussies talk about how great his chin was in the first round though, right after they said their guy had the right hand of Mike Tyson or David Tua. That is especially funny because Tua didn’t really have a great right hand. I mean it wasn’t awful, but if his right was even comparable to his left then he basically would have been Tyson.
All true points
Walker’s chin is downright horrible. He does have good power, and he can throw punches in bunches, but he’s quickly getting relegated to gatekeeper status.
Hell, at the rate they’re both going, he’ll probably be David Tua’s next opponent.

It's all relative
No, he doesn’t go down with the first shot he’s hit with. But if he did, he never would have made it past the amateurs, or clubfighter level at best. For a world class fighter, his chin is bad. I’ve seen him rocked by 7 or 8 different guys, usually multiple times, not all of whom were big punchers.

You know, we crap on Walker, but I think he deserves props for becoming a fantastic action fighter. It isn’t exactly what he is going for, but his legit offensive ability combined with a complete lack of a chin makes him a fantastic watch each time out if he is fighting anyone with even a minor pulse. Plus he always has a puncher’s chance. If he was a true finisher to go with his power he may actually have amounted to something.
Baaad reffing
WTF? Another lame stoppage – on par with the recent Cameron-Hopoate joke-ending here in Melbourne. C’mon Aussie boxing, harden the fcuk up – diehards across the globe are tuning in (occasionally).
But I do enjoy the Barry Michael and Briggsy commentary; like sitting in the pub with a couple of rowdy mates. “Leapai’s got a right hand like Tyson and Tua!!” Haha Bazza – you ain’t driving home mate.

Dib-Yamaguchi was awful as well
Dib hit Yamaguchi a good two seconds after the bell and knocked him out, but the referee called it a KO instead of a DQ.

Excuse me
Not two seconds after the bell, but his knee had been down for a couple seconds. Either way, it was dispicable. Looking back at Boxrec, the commission changed it to a NC, but it should have been a really obvious DQ loss.

Very intentional illegal KO at 3:35. Ref called it a KO, but was eventually turned into a NC. Still, should have been a DQ loss, no question.

DQ for sure Brick
Ex-fighter Les Fear had a shocker. Dib lacks class.

Wow
Fights like this are why the general public loves watching heavyweights fight (except for the ending).
