Amir Khan, David Haye, Oscar de la Hoya, Michael Katsidis, Bernard Hopkins and Shane Mosley at yesterday's weigh-in. To keep things in order: Khan is hoping to fight Juan Manuel Marquez; Haye is probably going to fight Audley Harrison; Oscar is happy to pocket some coin for promoting; Katsidis wants to fight anyone, including Marquez and Khan; Bernard Hopkins is apparently over his tift with the Golden Boy gang; and Shane Mosley had a press conference yesterday for his September 18 PPV fight with Sergio Mora. Haye was there
Because he’s training George Groves for his fight.

I figure he’d be there anyway. He works with Golden Boy and it’s exposure. “Hey guys remember me! I’m going to fight Audley Harrison! Should be a cracker! Those Klitschkos are right afraid of me, I swears it!”

I can’t see Khan dropping down.He won’t want to give up that advantage against either Marquez or Katsidis.
That’s what he’s all about, fighting smaller guys and “guys on the way down”.
He even admitted that last part.
I’m so sick of him and Haye.
ehh oddly enough i got no beef with khan. it seems like after the JMM fight (IF jmm ends up fighting him) he’ll end up being in that 140 mini-tournament HBO’s got going on. with his godawful chin that’s showing some major balls

Come on man.
He shouldn’t be looking to fight Marquez, who is a small lighweight ,has been in so many wars and is 36 yoa.
Khan has grown into a big light welter and will probably be a welter soon.
Since Prescott all Khan’s opponents have either been smaller, non punchers, shot or unproven.
I’ve watched more or less every fight of his since the Olympics and it’s time to start fighting some live opponents instead of constantly saying what he’s gonna do to the likes of Bradley and Maidana.
Just make the fights, please! (Haye,Khan,Pac,Money, all of you)
Haye
did at least prove himself down at cruiser.
Whatever, they have both been talking the talk but …….
I hope they prove me wrong and do what they say they are gonna but it will be a while yet before they actually start fulfilling their boasts.
Khan is way too fast for Marquez at 140 too, imo.
He’d go up to 140. He knows it’s big money and seems genuinely and majorly confident that he would knock Khan silly.

His people maintain that he's not fighting Harrison
Just at this point, who the heck else is he going to fight? I guess he could wait a couple weeks and challenge Adamek, but there just isn’t a bigger money fight available for him at the moment.
