Inside MMA Breaks Down James Toney-Randy Couture
Forrest Griffin, Antonio McKee (who has trained with Toney) and Mark Pavelich talk about the fight. Well, Griffin makes one comment that isn't that relevant. McKee has worked with Toney in training, and says the clinch is a bad place to be, advising Toney to not go to the ground.
Mark Pavelich: "I don't like the matchup for him in this fight, but I think it will be extremely comical if he does touch Randy in any way. With that four-ounce glove on? It's gonna shock a lot of people. I think people are very naive of that fact. ... I mean the matchup's kind of ridiculous, because I think Randy can shoot and take him down from the dressing room. I mean, pretty much. I don't think Toney can stop the takedown."

I’d say an accomplished professional boxer is dramatically better than a retired baseball player who once drew Danny Bonaduce in a charity boxing fight despite being a foot taller than him.

And these shows will go on...and on....and...
Many of us recall the titanic battle between Muhammad Ali and Antonio Inoki.
Ludicrous…and Forgettable.
