not sure yet
I’m guessing sometime around 2pm EDT given the lineup.

September
looks pretty weak and over-priced with nonsensical PPV action…… Boxing at its worst…..
How the f@#k are we suppose to attract and turn youths into avid boxing fans when bullcrap like this schedule appears as our news for upcoming events which are to air on cable, internet & PPV television???
“Mosley-Mora” is PPV? GEEZUS!

Mosley-Mora is on PPV because none of the TV networks want to buy it. The problem starts with the fact that the fight isn’t attractive, not with the fact that it’s on PPV. If it wasn’t on PPV it just wouldn’t be televised at all.

Mosely-Mora; I respect both fighters, but I’m not interested in this fight.
It seem Golden Boy learnt nothing from their Hopkins-Jones circus act. I don’t think fans will support this fight. Anyway, what do I know.
I’m interested in seeing Alvarez fight though; to see his development.

I know your question was most likely rhetorical, but as a younger guy I would say that the knowledge of older fans goes a long way to counter the sometimes dismal cards that we encounter.
I’m in my early 20’s and family finances were such that ESPN was about all I had growing up. Somebody such as myself may know the big names and have seen a lot of the major bouts of recent years, but the wealth of information out there regarding earlier eras is what really matters. I can tell you I’ve personally spent plenty of time searching for fights online simply because of information I picked up from older fans (especially here). So yeah, encourage the young guys to do their homework and hope that at least a few upcoming bouts won’t be all that terrible.

Scotty, that's a
cop-out…. Whether its factual or not, this sucks…… “Mosley-Mora” is PERFECT for ESPN2 on a Friday night……. I know, I know…. ESPN can’t offer these two bastard’s enough money off the bat to gain there interest…… So they both go to gamble on PPV…… Yeah, they care about boxing…… All about the money; never the love of the game……
ESPN is horrible, however, they’d LOVE to air “Mosley-Mora” on Friday night……. Ratings would skyrocket…… WORD!
I’ll pass on “Mosley-Mora” cuz I honestly don’t care for this all that much……. TRUTH!

In a perfect world, I definitely agree. But Mosley has too high a guarantee for the very limited ESPN budget. I really, really wish they’d see the potential gain in raising their budget for boxing and being able to get some bigger name fighters. But as it stands now, the money is not there at ESPN, because ESPN doesn’t see boxing as truly viable programming.

Bring back
ABC, CBS and NBC……. And dig up any old-time announcer who’s dead as well….. That would still be better than what TV offers here today in ’10………. GEEZ!

I've had ESPN
since 1982 and I swear to God and sonny Jesus, outta my several hundred taped fights on file, I have only used ESPN perhaps 20 X since 1982…… No bullshit there…. NO!!
I felt so bad for Al Bernstein back in the 80s as he would host these horrid ESPN fight cards with Dave Bontempo or Sam Rosen and do his best to try and make the event worthy of our time…… UGH!!
ESPN 1 and 2 stink pretty bad on everything…….. ESPN Classics is kool……..
