It would be more impressive if I knew how far Baldomir has fallen in recent years.
But that said I haven’t heard scratch about Baldomir for a few years now.Maybe ithis KO is worth something but then again maybe it’s not.I’m not the one to judge.
It's not a matter of "IF" the North will break you. It's a matter of "WHEN" the North will break you.For up here every year counts as two on the outside.

It’s not really. But the kid is 20. Anyway, Baldomir has fallen very far, and he wasn’t that good anyway.

It was fun to watch.
Not the whole fight but the ferocity and accuracy of the flurry that ended it.
Having seen young Alvarz’s controlled fury, you will want to see more.
Couldn't Agree More
I actally paid for that bullshit just to see that kid fight, and almost got my money’s worth, which is not the faint praise it sounds like considering last nite’s card.

I didn’t buy the fight so didn’t see his performance to judge by, but ehhh only 30 or so punches a round? He doesn’t sound like my kind of fighter. He might become a star, but I doubt he’ll ever be my favorite.

He was a lot more controlled than usual, but his punches actually meant something. He was waiting on Baldomir a lot because Baldomir is so old and slow and, well, fat and defensively indifferent that letting Baldomir throw one of his ineffective blows or two (or four) would give Alvarez good openings. It was a learning fight, and Alvarez and team tried some new things.
