Cotto vs Margarito 2: Robert Garcia Says Margarito, Rios Both Ready For Saturday (Video)
Trainer Robert Garcia, who will be in the corners of Antonio Margarito and Brandon Rios on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden, spoke with Top Rank's Crystina Poncher yesterday in New York:
On the final week of training with the possible move of the card:
"We knew it was gonna be here. We knew it was gonna be here. We had everything ready. Nothing wrong with his eye. We just had to do it because that's what they asked for. We weren't hiding anything."
On breaking camp:
"He's in great shape. He's had no weight problems. He's been training for a couple of months already, so one day, whatever we had to do Monday, we did Tuesday. It was no big deal."

On splitting time between Margarito and Rios:
"They were both up in Mexico, so we were just training at different times. One at 12, the other one at 2, and that was the only difference. But we had no problem. It's my job, and I love what I do."
On what Garcia expects Saturday:
"A hell of a fight. Tony is a hungry person, wants to become world champion again. I see the same thing that happened three years ago. ... Brandon will retain his title, and we just go to bigger things after that. They're both in great position."
