Manny Pacquiao was a guest again last night on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, and we'll have his full interview (and his singing performance) up shortly, but let's start here. The first guest last night was Eddie Murphy, whose new movie The Tower Heist looks mediocre on a good day but does exist. He mostly sad quietly and discussed, you know, stuff, while Kimmel tried to get him to be funny for the first time in 20 years, but he also discussed Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao, as Murphy is a big boxing fan. You may recall seeing Murphy visit Floyd's training camp on "24/7" for Mayweather's 2010 fight with Shane Mosley.
Murphy: "I'm a huge boxing fan, and I'm looking forward to Manny's fight that's coming up, but I'm like everybody else, I can't wait to see him and Floyd get in the ring and do it once and for all. ('Do you think they will?') Absolutely. Absolutely. You have to. They have to. As a fan of the sport, it's like, uh -- they have to do it. As long as they don't lose a fight, it's not too late. As long as they get in there coming off wins -- I can't wait to see it. I get excited just thinking about it. Hey, Manny, come on, y'all gotta do this soon. I can't wait. I know Manny's ready, and Floyd's ready, too. Let's do this!"
