Sorry about the late post but for what it's worth, I made this chart to help me decide who to pick. Obviously numbers aren't the only things I am relying on to make my pick but it does help. Hopefully it helps you too.

I am going against the grain here and picking against one of my favorite fighters. Froch has the range and skill set to upset Ward. I think Froch breaks through Ward's defense with that long, rising jab and that sweet straight following it down the middle. Ward's biggest chance is to turn it into a swim without getting wet scenario but if Froch can trap Ward in the corner it will be target practice and Froch can and will let those hands fly. Ward on the other hand, has a nice little check hook that he can use to catch Froch when and if he lunges but I don't think Ward has the power to stop Froch. I really like Ward, I think he has world class skill and a lifestyle that bodes well for his future, but for some reason, I don't see Ward winning this particular fight.

My pick is Carl Froch via 10th round TKO.

As a side note, with the year that this has been does anyone else half expect this fight to be mired in controversy?
