Ward vs Froch Undercard Results: Kell Brook Wins Easy in American Debut
Kell Brook improved to 26-0 with the 18th stoppage win of his young career tonight in Atlantic City, stopping Luis Galarza in the fifth round of his fight on the Ward vs Froch undercard.

Brook, 25, wasn't really challenged at all by the 29-year-old Galarza (17-3, 13 KO), who was simply an opponent meant to be an easy win, to get Brook his U.S. debut, and to get him a fight on this card. There was nothing about it that was difficult for Brook, though he was popped with a few lead rights and some left hooks at times, and Galarza proved himself as tough and willing to fight if nothing else. The Puerto Rican was overmatched, but did his sincere best and even protested the stoppage, though the stoppage wasn't bad and wasn't preventing any sort of turn of the tide.
After the fight in the Sky Sports studio, UK press rival Amir Khan said he was "not impressed" by Brook tonight, and suggested that the Sheffield native fight someone in the top ten next.

By the way and for what’s worth, Brook’s first ten opponents had a total of 721 losses.
