Pardon me if this is old news, but while doing some research on Jose Sulaiman, I happened upon the WBC website, and this was on the front page banner. Will it actually happen, or is Sulaiman just blowing some smoke out of a certain oriface to create interest? I know at least he isn't in charge of what happens here, that's in the promoter's respective hands.
