Lucian Bute and Brian Magee at their final press conference in Montreal. As you can see, Bute will have a good height advantage on Saturday night. The rest of the photos from the presser can be seen via Showtime Boxing at Facebook.

He looks as though he should be a banker, not an elite fighter

“Can I help you ma’am? Yes, come right this way, one of our 401k and retirement specialists will be with you shortly”
I will not buy any PPV promoted by Bob Arum.
He’s baby-faced, but knowing what he can do I enjoy the humor in that, and I think he does. A bit of the imp around the eyes, I think.

I actually think he looks particularly old…In that picture right there, I could actually see him wearing a bad rug and trying to sell me a used car haha!

He is aRomanian and many think he is French Canadian, Maybe their expectations
have been shattered. Who knows.
My advice to Magee: don’t jump in swinging, because a left uppercut will be ripping through your ribs
lol
You paint a nasty picture…. :)
In 2008 Lewis commented on a possible match up with Riddick Bowe. "He waits until I am in retirement to call out my name," said Lewis. "I will come out of retirement to beat up that guy. I'll beat him up for free."
but an accurate one.
I do just wonder why it is that, sometimes when I know perfectly well how the fight is going to end, I’ll still really enjoy watching it, and others it’s why I don’t watch, there’s no logic to it. But I always enjoy Bute.

I’m no fashion monger, but Bute’s tie in this picture really seems to want me to mock it.
Boxing writer: "Iran, what are you going to do when you retire?"
Iran Barkley: "Rob your house"
I think it's an illusion
produced by the ill-fitting cuff plus the fact that the other guy’s thumb is included, making his fist visually much wider-looking. You piqued my interest—it does look smaller at first, but I measured with a sticky post and they’re about the same size. It would be amazing if Bute’s fist were as small as it looks at first here.

The speed with which he throws that uppercut to the body is laser-like. I can almost
feel the pain just watching.
