Nothing spectacular to see here and thats an understatement. The man was going through the motions to the extreme.

he definitely lacks the passion here, but I still really enjoy these types of videos. the double-end bag and speed bag are 2 of the harder bags to master and Juanma makes it look so easy.

Frankly, can't fathom why he would release this video

It’s passionless and kind of pointless.

I like Juanma but he has a wide range of public images.
He can be cocky at times. Very respectful most of the time.
Intense or passionless at other times.

In the ring, he always brings it so he’s a must watch.

I will say this.
Floyd and Manny never show this side of themselves on tape.
In most if not all of their footage, you see hard hard work…and speed
