Happy In and Out

The recent post about Floyd's financial issue brings up a topic that I think about often. How many fighters have led happy and succesful lives outside the ring and why? We all know that many boxers are troubled individuals that vent in the ring. Yet, it seems that some are able to understand life without boxing as an answer. To me, these are the fighters that understand boxing as a sport and not an answers to problems. For example, fighters like Joe Calzaghe, Roy Jones, and Oscar De La Hoya have all testified to fighting for sport. And all have claimed tht their intentios in the ring is to not hurt anybody. So with these examples and your own, what do you think it takes to be a happy person in and out of the ring?
