The Bad Left Hook Pick'em Game: Season 6 - Week 2
Plenty of action on the pick'em schedule this weekend with 6 fights to choose from.
Leading off the bill are a couple of fights from Saturday night's HBO PPV, with Robert Guerrero taking on Michael Katsidis and Marcos Maidana going up against Erik Morales.
There's also a super-middleweight match-up from Germany, British bantamweights, and a couple of over/under options featuring David Lemieux in Montreal and Tomasz Adamek in New Jersey.
For those that are new to the game, please make sure to check out the rules (we promise they are very simple).
An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.

I’m a fan of katsidis too. I think guererro is too fast, too strong, too skillful, and too good for katsidis. I don’t even think katsidis has the power to take him out. Oh well. Should be a good fight, no FOTY, but a very good fight.

"Occasionally, there is a boxing match that, in its demonstration of skill, courage, intelligence, hope, seems to redeem the sport - almost. Perhaps boxing has always been a sport in crisis, a sport of crisis."
Edit. Katsidis' constant wearing of sunglasses is really bothering me, and I reckon that means that eye is about ready to burst open.
Please change to this:
A. (3) – 1 – Guerrero
B. (1) – 1 – Guerrero by stoppage (cuts stoppage, methinks)

hmmm....should be E. (2) - 3
but as you wrote ‘Steiglitz by decision’ that will count as your pick, rather than by stoppage (too much time on my hands here, clearly!)
Yours sincerely

Btw I watched some tape of Steiglitz and he’s not very good, I actually think Gevor is better but its pretty unlikely that he can get a decision…
