Former WBC welterweight titlist Andre Berto has taken to Twitter today to launch one of those "yo, I'm not saying, I'm just saying, so don't judge me, because I'm not outright saying it, and it's OK if I just hint and nudge and don't say anything specific" attacks on Victor Ortiz. Ortiz beat Berto on April 16. Berto's meltdown is after the jump.

Well, it doesn't seem like he's taking the L "like a man," but maybe that's just me. It sort of seems like he's bitter and sour and looking to excuse a bad performance and trying to save face. And if anyone's reputation is taking a hit today, it's Andre Berto's.

Ortiz did respond:

Berto needs to stop I'll have to hurt him again. Me I guess im not too bad for not havin a heart or courage ;)less than a minute ago via Twitter for iPhone Favorite Retweet Reply

Well you know what they say: If you can't beat 'em -- oh wait, Ortiz beat Berto.
