The weather in Hamburg, Germany, is not letting up, and Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated just tweeted this update:

"Horrible, wet, windy weather" in Hamburg, according to HBO's Kevin Flaherty. Fight could be in jeopardy. Up to German Boxing Federation.less than a minute ago via UberSocial Favorite Retweet Reply

On Sky Sports, they're adamant that the fight will go on, and Sky also reports on TV that David Haye's trainer Adam Booth says that yesterday's weigh-in scales were wrong, and that Haye was really about 208 pounds, rather than 213. As for Haye today reacting to the weather, his team says he's relaxed backstage and not worried.

Bad Left Hook will continue to keep you informed of any weather updates, but the undercard action has started, so fighters are out there competing in the rain. I've seen the shots of the stadium from Sky, and it looks bad, but it's hard to tell just how bad. Fans are braving it without much trouble, but they're not the millionaire fighters putting it all on the line, either.
