Video: Jared Shaw Hypes Kimbo Slice in Usual Over-the-Top Fashion
This is about as close to a "Macho Man" Randy Savage interview as you will ever get from a boxing promoter. Here's Jared Shaw, son of Gary Shaw, on Kimbo Slice's 17-second, low-level club fight boxing debut in Oklahoma this past Saturday:
If there is a better quote than, "an injection into the boxing scene steroid-free serum. Kimbo Slice has hands, that's just the natural cause," then I don't know what it is. I mean, holy crap.
My favorite thing lately is that Jared Shaw has said that Dana White made a big mistake letting Kimbo go, despite also admitting that Kimbo wasn't cut out for MMA at a high level. So what was Dana White supposed to do? Keep a guy who couldn't compete at the top level? He cut him and now the Shaws will pin their hopes and dreams on Kimbo for the second time. Good for them. Best of luck. But how does that make Dana White dumb or whatever?
I also love that if you loved Mike Tyson, you better love Kimbo Slice. That reminds me of when I'm on Facebook and I get one of those ads that says, "Like Deadwood?" and then it recommends I watch Weeds or Dexter. Please.
If you haven't yet, make sure you visit Fight Hub TV regularly, because they have tons of videos posted all the time.

Scott only likes HBO shows,
He’s a real classy dude. Dexter? Weeds? Showtime ain’t shit.
Glad, Pacquiao went to benevolent HBO which canceled Deadwood and Rome.

I'm biased. Cablevision doesn't come with Showtime.
Or ESPN3. Can’t stream FNF when there’s Tennis on TV.

Here’s what going to happen. They’ll match him up with a guy he’s meant to beat handily and he’ll end up getting crushed. If they want to keep Kimbo in boxing they’d better pair him up with non-fighters, they need to do a protection job that’d upset even Chavez.
Thats my thoughts also, They can’t even think about matching him up with any sort of oppoent who has any sort of skills at all, I actually think we could see Kimbo loose against one of those non fighter type can’s you mentioned. I can’t even begin like all you know already to say how amazingly bad Kimbo is. The man has a horrible glass jaw, he gasses out if a fight goes over 2 mins, is as slow as a turtle and has the work ethic and motivation of a Junkie. This just has Epic Fail part 2 written all over it for the Shaw’s.
He is. ProElite is rising from the ashes (non-Shaw version) and Arlovski is headlining.

See those pictures of James Toney weighing 213 lbs?
James Toney vs. Kimbo Slice.
Toney avenges his MMA loss on his playing field. I could sell this.
