Technically I don't know if that's even really true. I mean, Hammer makes it very clear, but Ward doesn't go that far. Ward just wants Hammer to come to his next fight at Oakland's Oracle Arena (IS IT A HINT? no), and Hammer was very excited about this idea:
Their connections are pretty obvious. Both are Oakland natives, both are very religious. I think it'd be pretty cool if Hammer wrote one of those awful rap songs that fighters love to have written about themselves, and Ward is already familiar with having terrible songs written about his life and trials and stuff, so that seems a natural fit. Or he could just come out to "Pray."
