Donaire vs Vazquez: Nonito Donaire's Media Day (Video)
On San Antonio:
"It's been great. The food (is) great. The weather actually is really nice. I'm very excited for this fight. We're just having fun right now."
On the fans turning out for his workout:
"It's great. It's incredible. I'm really thankful and really blessed because of the guys. They inspire me to train hard, so that's what I'm gonna do, is give 'em a good fight."
On receiving the attention:
"It's more for them. It's more for the fans. Because I enjoy my fans. I enjoy the support that they give me, and I always want them to have fun, as I am having fun. I want them to be part of my training, to be part of boxing, so I always do this kind of thing for them."
On the feedback he's received for this fight:
"They're excited for this fight. They're very excited. A lot of the guys are driving out here, a lot of guys, I mean, are giving this fight something that they're very interested in looking forward -- so I'm looking forward to this fight as well. Because of that."
On being recognized while out in San Antonio:
"There have been some people. I actually when I Twittered last night, one of the guys came out, I guess he was across the bar, there was another bar, and he saw me Twittering, and he came back and grabbed his camera and took a picture and I gave him a signature and stuff like that. So that was pretty cool."

This interview is … interesting.
I think I’d prefer he doesn’t talk, but for some reason Top Rank is insisting this guy is charismatic and has star potential. He is and does — when the gloves are on.

Haha he's a nice guy
I think Top Rank just likes how he can speak English fluently and are banking on him taking over when Pacquiao is done.
