FoxSports.com reports that basketball fans Floyd Mayweather Jr and Spike Lee were able to talk out their recent differences last night in Miami, as the two attended the Knicks vs Heat game (won by the Heat, 102-88).
Mayweather recently criticized Knicks star Jeremy Lin, alleging that Lin was only receiving praise because he's Asian. Lee, probably the world's most famous Knicks fanatic, took issue with that on Twitter a few days back, after Lin hit a game-winning three-pointer:
Last night, the two were both courtside in Miami, and Lee had praise for Mayweather after their talk.
I'm quite certain this will all make Mayweather less prone to silly comments in the future. He's back at work on May 5, facing Miguel Cotto in Las Vegas.
