Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin is eyeing Canelo.

Peter Quillin's little brother boxes at my gym in Grand Rapids, MI. He is around 14-15 and today he and I were shooting the shit until I asked about how his brother was doing. Apparently, he is looking for a shot at Canelo for one of the big undercards coming up . I am assuming this means either Manny or Floyd. Honestly, I don't think Canelo would go for Quillin, especially of Shane is in the way, but who knows. I just wanted to let some of this info roam. If any of you guys have anything to contribute, please do.

he's not going to get that fight...

I like him as a fighter, and he’s not bad at talking either, but I honestly think he’s being incredibly optimistic with that one.

Quilin apparently wants to follow the Mundine career path. Maybe in another 6 months he’ll decide he’s a welterweight.

Pretty sure Canelo (Golden Boy) won’t be on the Pacquiao (Top Rank) undercard. In all seriousness Canelo is set for the Mayweather PPV, maybe split site again. It isn’t going to be Quillin, I can tell you that much.

Well that would be a “sweet” fight: Chocolate vs. Cinnamon. (Don’t actually know if it would be a good fight or not, just liked the name thing)

Have fanposts left the front page, or is something weird with my laptop?

The real question is Canelo eyeing the Kid. Canelo is the one with 100% leverage here. The Kid has none.
