Here's a 12-minute short film from director Matt Knight on the gym and fighters of top British trainer Joe Gallagher. It won't take a lot of your time and it's a nice look inside the gym of the man who has emerged with arguably the best stable of fighters in British boxing.

It's nice to see someone out there give this treatment to someone other than the usual supects -- your Mannys and Floyds and Freddies of the boxing world, we pretty much know them inside and out in this format by now. Seeing a mixed group of veteran domestic fighters, rising stars, and hopeful prospects is a good change of pace.

I also want to compliment the soundtrack here. Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Cure, Kings of Leon, Noel Gallagher, Ian Brown -- great stuff. Hopefully everyone enjoys watching it. Maybe we'll get to see some follow-ups or similar projects from the director.
