Lucas Matthysse looks to run his win streak to five as he takes on Mike Dallas Jr in the Showtime Championship Boxing main event tonight.
Showtime brings another edition of Showtime Championship Boxing tonight, live from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. A pair of undercard bouts will go down on Showtime Extreme starting at 8 p.m. ET with the Showtime triple header starting at 10 p.m. ET.
The night's main event sees super lightweight champ Lucas Matthysse (32-2, 30 KO) taking on Mike Dallas Jr (19-2-1, 8 KO). The co-feature bout is a 10 round junior middleweight bout between Selcuk Aydin (23-1, 17 KO) and Jesus Soto Karass (26-8-3, 17 KO). Opening the Showtime broadcast is a WBC Continental Americas Super Welterweight Title bout between Jermell Charlo (19-0, 9 KO) and Harry Joe Yorgey (25-1-1, 12 KO).
The "main event" of the Showtime Extreme portion of the card sees 2008 Mexican Olympian Francisco Vargas (13-0, 10 KO) take on Ira Terry (26-10, 16 KO) in a junior lightweight fight. Kicking off the evening's action is an 8 round super welterweight bout between Julian Williams (10-0-1, 5 KO) and Jeremiah Wiggins (10-1-1, 5 KO).
