While Bradley makes sense, I believe the best fight for Manny Pacquiao is none other than Ruslan Provodnikov. Ruslan Provodnikov is a Russian brawler that has expanded a large fan base due to his gutsy perseverance, constant pressuring, and exciting style of fight. He is certainly worthy - as he hung tough and had moments against Timothy Bradley - and beating Mike Alvarado. Ruslan Provodnikov is in a win-win situation. Going up against Manny Pacquiao would give him the big money fight, and while he is popular with a reliable and loyal fan base, beating Manny Pacquiao would truly solidify Ruslan as a star in the world of boxing.
For Manny Pacquiao, he has controversially lost to Bradley and got a straight right from Marquez- and therefore has lost two of his last three fights. While many individuals think he has lost some hand speed or other skills, I don't. He beat Timothy Bradley pretty bad, in my opinion, and was beating Marquez on the scorecard when he was knocked the fuck out. I'm not trying to make excuses for him, but it's not like he was completely dominated by nobodies in his two consecutive losses, rather, he was controversially beaten by an improving fighter, and got caught with one big punch.
For Manny's sake, this could prove to the world he is not declining and still is the superstar in boxing he was three years ago. Ruslan can brawl with anybody, and Manny would have to keep the monster off of him.
The two would be a thrilling fight- two pressure fighers giving it their all for a whole 12 round championship fight- and both boxers can benefit from the fight dramatically.
