According to Dan Rafael of ESPN via Twitter, HBO will offer a pair of rematches on May 25, with Chad Dawson-Jean Pascal II from Montreal, and Carl Froch-Mikkel Kessler II from London.

If Froch-Kessler is shown live, it will air first in the afternoon, but would most likely be replayed later with the fight from Montreal.

Dawson (31-2, 17 KO) and Pascal (27-2-1, 16 KO) fought for the first time in August 2010, with Pascal winning a technical decision in 11 rounds. Froch (30-2, 22 KO) and Kessler (46-2, 35 KO) met in April 2010, with Kessler winning a tight decision in Denmark.

In their last fights, Dawson was dominated by Andre Ward; Pascal overcame a shoulder injury to beat Aleksy Kuziemski; Froch sparked Yusaf Mack; and Kessler thrashed Brian Magee.

The deal for this doubleheader hasn't been officially announced, but HBO is going to be the network for Dawson-Pascal II, and have expressed serious interest in Froch-Kessler, too.
