Vinny Pazienza Hall of Fame Worthy?

The best pro boxer Rhode Island ever produced, Vinny "The Pazmanian Devil" Pazienza was a lightweight and light middleweight world champion who fought only the best of his time. He was a force to be reckoned with in the light middleweight division. Plus his flashy, unforgettably witty style solidified him as an entertainment showpiece. The Cranston, RI-born Italian-American retired in 2004 with a final record of 50-10, 30 (KOs). The IBHOF in Canastota would be very tough, but what about the WBHOF in Los Angeles? Does Pazienza have a shot at either Hall? What say you?
