How heavy will Canelo be on fight night against Floyd? the balance of power and speed.

First of all, I'd like to point out that a lot of writters are discrediting Canelo for entering the ring against Trout @172 lbs, Trout entered the ring @171 lbs, and guys like Kirkland rehydrate sometimes to 175lbs, Angulo came in his last fight @174lbs against Lara, and I think K9 enters the ring very heavy too. I mean as far as I'm concerned a lot of Jr. Middeweights rehydrate between the 170-175lbs range, but anyway, that's not the point of my post.

I'd like you to make your guess on Sep.14 night on how heavy will Canelo will be on fight night. Giving the fact that Oscar de la Hoya and Canelo's team have been hinting that they now have a nutritionist specialist and a conditioner expert to aid on Canelo's physical condition, and adding the factor that Canelo will have to be under the 152 stipulated weight, something he's not done in a very long time.

On my opinion, Canelo will need the most speed he can, because Floyd is fast as hell, and even thou he could have more punchin power weighting more, it really doesn't translate to be more effective against a rival who is as fast as Mayweather, I think Canelo needs a mix of power, speed and stamina if he really wants to be the toughest challenge Floyd has had on his entire career..

I'm almost sure Canelo will be entering the ring @162-165 range. What do you think?

Make your guess on the weight range Canelo will be on fight night, and explain why you think Canelo will be between that weight range.

Added a poll to see how people are thinking Canelo's weight will be on fight night.

PD: Sorry but I wasn't aware at the time I wrote the article that Canelo's already training and is right now @158lbs, check the video on youtube, look for it as "Canelo already training". This could add something interesting to the mix giving the fact that most people are saying Canelo is too slow for Mayweather. regards.
