"How is camp going for Pacquiao? You're starting to get into the serious training aspect for it now."

Brandon Rios

"You know, it's something different. Different exercises I've been doing. It's tiring. I do get tired. I feel more tired this time, but hey, I love to work out. It's gonna come out good, I think. The workout is just insane. After that, I come to the gym. We'll be ready."

"You're talking about Alex Ariza's workout, right?"

Brandon Rios

"Yeah, yeah, Alex Ariza. He does a great job. Everybody knows I'm working with him. There's no saying, 'oh, the workouts.' Everybody knows it's me and him. But yeah, he does a great job with it. He knows his shit."

"How would you compare, I know you worked with Memo Heredia for a minute--"

Brandon Rios

"Different styles of training. Memo likes to work with weights. Alex, he works with the core, the leg movement. He likes to work on speed and everything. They both are great. Memo does great at what he does, Alex does great at what he does. There's no comparing them."

"How about the boxing aspect? How's the work with Robert, is there anything you're trying to change up?"

Brandon Rios

"The way that me and Robert work, you seen today. I won't tell you guys. If you guys can be around and you record it, you can see the differences I'm working on. It's always a blessing for me to work with Robert. I always listen to everything he says. The good things, not the bad things. The good things."

Chris Robinson, HustleBoss.com

"Working with Ariza, do you feel your body having to adapt to it?"

Brandon Rios

"Yeah, yeah, definitely. It seems like we fucking eat all the time. I'm not used to eating the way he wants me eating. It's just little portions, but I'm not used to eating that much. By the time I go to bed, I'm full. So it's, like, dude, he's like, no, you gotta eat, you gotta eat. It's just something I'm not used to. But my body is getting used to it now. I can say I'm a little bit more -- my feet, I feel I'm a little bit more faster on my feet than I was before. So it's great."

Chris Robinson, HustleBoss.com

"Do you find it odd that he used to be on Manny Pacquiao's team?"

Brandon Rios

"Ah, no, man, you know what, they fired him for some reason. I don't know. That's not up to me, that was up to their camp. But you know what, they fired him so we hired his ass. Why not? Why leave him on the sideline? A man who knows what he does, and does a great job at what he does, we can't let it go to waste."
